The service provider Truva Group Tourism Transportation Ltd. Co. shall be referred to as the "Agency". The person named in the reservation and/or the persons they represent shall be referred to as the "Consumer".
This agreement is made between the Consumer and the Agency. It is issued for service sales made in written, visual, telephone, and electronic media for the services listed below with their characteristics and terms of sale, and covers the rights and obligations of both parties.
It includes the transfer, tour, and vehicle allocation services purchased by the Consumer through the Agency’s website. The details of the purchased services are specified in the Distance Sales Agreement and “Terms and Conditions” pages, and the service fee is outlined in the reservation confirmation sent via email.
This agreement comes into effect on the date the reservation is confirmed by the Agency and automatically terminates when the service is completed, provided no disputes arise.
In case of a dispute, the agreement remains valid until the issue is fully resolved.
For credit card payments, the Consumer must pay the service fee during the reservation. The prices include VAT. The reservation and payment imply acceptance of the Terms and Conditions on the Website.
Complaints and refund requests must be sent to info@kayaktravel.com.tr within 14 days of the service date.
The invoice issuance period is 7 days, provided it does not cross over to a new month, as per Turkish Tax Procedure Law. The Agency issues invoices using the information on the reservation form.
Installment payment options and bank-related fees may be added to the total. Costs from credit card cancellations/refunds are deducted from the refund amount.
Prepaid vehicle reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance (local time, Turkey). Shorter notices require prior approval.
Waiting time for airport arrivals is 60 minutes; for hotel/home departures, it is 15 minutes. International bank transfer fees are borne by the sender.
Full refund is provided if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the service starts. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance (round-trip returns are fully refunded).
These conditions do not apply to promotional/early reservation services. Date changes are subject to cancellation terms.
The Consumer agrees to comply with the service agreement and not to cause harm to third parties. Otherwise, the service may be denied and no refund will be provided.
In case of a breakdown, accident, heavy traffic, or law enforcement obstruction, an alternative vehicle will be provided or notification will be made.
In such cases, either a full refund will be issued, or the difference for alternative transportation will be paid to the consumer.
This agreement consists of 7 main articles. It may be signed in duplicate by both parties. In case of disputes, the provisions of Law No. 4925 on Road Transport and the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts apply.
The undersigned accepts the provisions of this agreement and confirms the accuracy of the reservation information.
