Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which was published and entered into force on 07.04.2016, we, TRUVA GROUP TOURISM TRANSPORTATION LIMITED COMPANY (Engelsiz Transfer), show the utmost care and sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data.

Our aim is to inform our employees, employee candidates, customers, potential customers, company shareholders, company officials, visitors, employees and officials of institutions with which we cooperate, and third parties, within the scope of personal data processing activities carried out lawfully by Engelsiz Transfer.

In this context, Truva Group processes and protects all personal data related to individuals connected with Engelsiz Transfer in compliance with the Law. As the "Data Controller", we process your personal data as explained below.

1. Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Engelsiz Transfer, located at Tatlısu Mah. Haliç Sok. No:31/61 Polaris Residence Ümraniye/İstanbul.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

• Execution of human resources policies,
• Ensuring legal and commercial security,
• Protecting the legitimate interests of Engelsiz Transfer and its employees,
• Determining and implementing commercial and business strategies

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, authorized public institutions and private individuals in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

4. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected via digital and physical environments, contracts, requests, customs, and principles of good faith. These data may be processed and transferred for relevant purposes.

5. Your Rights According to Article 11 of the Law

As data subjects, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
• To request information if processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred,
• To request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data,
• To object to processing and request compensation in case of damage.
